| 01 | Be a fan of Oklahoma! |
| 02 | You must have a working email address. |
| 03 | You must provide a real country. |
| 04 | You don't need to have a site, but if you do, please put up a code (text link is fine) on your site before or right after you join. |
| 05 | If you use a code, please upload the button onto your own server. |
| 06 | No hate, porn and inappropriate sites. |
| 07 | Your name, country and email address MUST be submitted. If you leave them blank you won't be added to the list. |
